Price Protection Restriction

Wholesale customers may not offer our products for retail sale at less then 125% of the wholesale price plus $2.61 or greater then 250% of the wholesale price plus $2.61, unless this price is offered as a limited-time special offer for less then seven (7) days, and the product is then offered at above 125% of the wholesale price plus $2.61, but not more then 250% of the wholesale price plus $2.61, for a 30 day period following the special offer.

Brand Restriction

Wholesale customers may not use our brand imaging or logo to impersonate or mislead customers into believing that they are purchasing directly from the manufacturer. All wholesale product listings may utilize our brand name and imaging when referring to the product, but may not use our brand name or imaging as the name of their store (ex. "NoTE Flavors Store" is not permitted, but a "NoTE Flavors" category or display within the website or physical store is).
